Booking for 4 People

Please remit $25 deposit required for booking. Deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment should you need to reschedule. The minimum age for application of permanent jewelry is 10 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you MUST be accompanied at all times by a parent/guardian. All sales are final. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to jewelry.
